Certate Parts

I bought a Certate back when they were on sale at TW. Unfortunately I haven't been able to use it until recently. I was using it (Certate 2000) for the second time and the handle screw (G46-9401) came off and fell into the lake. How can I get a replacement?

Edit: I called Daiwa and they are sending me one no charge.
