anyone else get denied from the quantum deals

Ok so I purchase there new quantum kvd left hand on tacklewarehouse.. I wanted the deal with the crankbaits. I went on the site and printed out the form for the deal.. I sented in all the listed items and about 7-8 weeks later they returned my mail and said i was missing incorrect proofs. I called there customer service and they said that i did not send in the upc code from the box and which i did.. So they told me to resend it back and 2 weeks later they sent the mail back saying the same thing, incorrect proofs. I just wanna know if anyone else is having this problem. Because I want the deal and I've waited to long and now its probally to late. :confused:

this sucks cause i really wanted the deal..............So i called them back and they said they couldn't read the upc off the kvd tour box, AGAIN...WTF
Now i just really want my money back quantum sucks Dick... fuck quantum.......................piece of shit reel..... your customer service suck ass.... Can't even recognize your own product.

I received 15-lb test, Cajun fluorocarbon fishing line as a promotion when I bought a Quantum Accurist reel. I really didn't want it, but for the price of first-class-mail shipping, what the heck.

It took forever to receive it, like other rebates and promotions from any company.

i own 15 quantums both spinning and baitcast and have received the crankbait set, kvd jersey, hot sauce, all withing 2 weeks of my order so you could have just been doing something wrong because i absolutly love the reels customer service is amazing best reel company ever:)
