Pliers/Cutters

I'm looking for a pair of side-cutting pliers that can cut fish hooks. Any suggestions for under $50?

I'm shocked there were no responses. I can't believe no one here uses pliers to cut hooks from time-to-time.

Anyway, I purchaded the D-Barb over the Manley Super Pliers.

go to lowes and buy some Kobalt cutters or 8" bolt cutters. Both will easily cut hooks.
