Kistler Rods

Well my dad was looking for a good texas-rig rod. He doesnt really like rods over 6ft 6in. Has anybody tried the kistler rods out and do you know of any other good texas-rig rods out there. Thanks for any comments.

I have 7 Kistler LTA Heliums. They are some of the finest and lightest in weight rods I've ever used. I've caught many Bass with them over the last 3 years since I bought my first one including my PB, a 9 lber.

They are made in Magnolia, Texas except for the Mag series.

I fish with the Kistler Helium 2 LTX rods and will not buy another rod until
I can afford another one. They are the best rod I have ever used. I have a Daiwa steez baitcaster on one and it is insane light!!!

I would look at RaZr Rod's also. www.razrrods.com. they are extremely light and sensitive and all of them are made in the U.S., including the blank.
