Paddle Tail Grubs

I've purchased some paddle tail grubs to fish in my lake. Targeting smallmouth and Kentucky's. Any thoughts on the best style jighead? Round?
Maybe some of the new shaky heads? Thinking not so much with a FB head? Anybody with any thoughts?

I use a dart head jig when swimming these, it's similar to the arrow style that Storm uses on their rigged swimbaits. The other style I've used is a stand-up that I'll drag along a smooth, hard bottom. It looks like a baitfish kicking up the bottom while feeding. I've has some difficulty in finding 3-4" grubs of this type. If you have any ideas where I can get some, please pass them along.
