I was fishing my local lake when I found this wierd looking lure stuck to some weeds.

It is all gold, all metal, it sinks, it has a weed-guard, and it has one of those little propeller things near the eye.

Any ideas??

It is similar to the Nemire Spoonbuzzer, but it doesn't look quite the same. It is definately a spoon buzzbait. I showed my cousin this lure, and we both think its a Panther Martin Weedwing.

I really like finding lures. I always keep an out when I'm on the lake. I have great luck with them too. There is something about fishing a lure that I have found that is really fun. I don't understand it, but it's true.

The lures you find were fish catchers for someone at some time.

One mans loss is another's gain.

It is cool to find a bait, clean it up, add some new hardware if needed and then catch fish on it.
