E21 vs St. Croix legend rod question

has anyone tried both of these rods out? if so which did you prefer? also what would you think would be the better buy.

I haven't had a chance to fish either of these two rods but did give them both a quick once over. Overall the E21 Boyd Duckett rod is lighter with more specialized components and has more sensitivity. I really like the completely exposed real seat for even more sensitivity. You can also easily add weights to the but section of the rod for a custom balancing. Overall I think your getting more technology components and innovation with the Duckett rod. Not to say the St. Croix Legend isn't an excellent rod just think your getting more for price with the E21. But availability of the Duckett rod's is a bit of a draw back.
