Deps Buzzjet Question

I got the big buzzjet model in frog color. Now when I've tried this lure out, it doesn't seem to run straight. It sometimes dives to the side or it seems to not have any action. I've tried a slow retrieve & medium & fast, it does what I've said w/ the weird swimming. Is this how the lure's suppose to work? On the video about the lure on Tacklewarehouse, it sure doesn't seem to be doing that. What am I doing wrong, or how can I correct this?

you might have to "tune" it, which means to bend the eye that is on the bait one direction or another, to combat the way the bait is drifting. A slight movement of the eye can affect the bait greatly. and if that does not work you might have a defective bait (which is unlikely)
