I fished Lake fork with a guide on sat. and he gave me a couple baits the he had gotten from a friend. They fish like kinda like a senko type bait but it looks totally differant. We hammered fish on that bait when they agnored all other baits we tossed. It has some amazing action on the free fall with a huge wobbling action as it sank. We got 3 fish on one bait from 8 to 11.6 lbs. and 2 fish on the other one from 6.5 to 12.4 lb. All I know is it's a 6" heavy salted bait with a hook slot on top. It is an oval shaped stick bait and he called them Sinking Fools. We had one that was a grey with black, gold and silver flake in it and the other one was black on one side and a maroon red with red flake on the other.
I would love to find out who makes this unbelievable bait, but don't know there to start. Anybody know of these baits?
The guide didn't know much about them either.
Somebody must know of this bait as they work way to well to not be well known.
