Low gear ratio casting reels - higher end / quality

Does anyone know of any lower gear ratio high end casting reels. I primarily fish Shimano and they only offer the calcuttas in a lower gear ration (for example 5.0:1 or 5.3:1 or lower) I'm looking for reels with a line recovery of 21' or less. I prefer low profile baitcasters because my hand cramps on round reels. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a few Shimano Calais(both the 100 and the 200) and you won't find a better high-end, low-profile reel IMO.
