Spooky Bass tips

Whenever I throw a lure in front a bass, it will spook and swim away. Keep in mind that I do not have a fancy bass boat or expensive electronics to hunt bass. All I have are the eyes God gave me and polarized sun glasses with a stiff baitcast rod. How do you approach shallow water bass or any bass in the water without spooking them?

Hunting shallow water bass is like hunting deer. You have to be stealthy. Glasses will help but try and stay as far away as you can when you see them. Also, don't put it right on their nose, especially if the water has any clarity to it. You want to throw past them and maybe a foot to 6 inches away from them then work your lure in front of them. If they're bedding then shake the lure and it will make them mad
